01What we source
Range and scope
Tires, wheels and brakes are replaced on a predictable cycle, so airlines and MROs need them quoted quickly and delivered on time. A.I.G.S. sources these items from approved manufacturers and qualified suppliers and handles quotation, documentation and shipping from Hong Kong to your station.
Nose landing-gear (NLG) tires
Nose-gear tires sized to the aircraft type and operator specification.
Wheel assemblies
Main and nose wheel halves and complete wheel assemblies, serviceable or overhauled.
Carbon and steel brake assemblies
Carbon heat-sink brakes and brake assemblies for the most common narrow-body programs.
Brake discs, linings & components
Heat-sink stacks, rotors, stators, pistons and related brake hardware.
Wheel & brake hardware
Bolts, tie-bolts, bearings, seals and fusible plugs used at wheel and brake overhaul.
Tire makers we can quote include Michelin and Dunlop, among others, depending on aircraft type and approval.

Delivery worldwide
We coordinate packaging, shipping documents and delivery to your station, with dangerous-goods handling where required.
Documentation — such as a certificate of conformity, traceability to source, or 8130-3 / EASA Form 1 where applicable — is confirmed per line item at quotation stage.

Can you quote aircraft tires by size and aircraft type?
Yes. Send the tire size or part number, aircraft type and quantity. We confirm the brand, ply rating, availability and lead time in the quotation.
Do you supply new, retreaded and overhauled items?
We quote the condition you request — new, retreaded, overhauled or serviceable — and confirm the supporting documentation per line item.
Can wheels and brakes be bundled with tires in one shipment?
Yes. We consolidate tires, wheel assemblies and brake components into a single quotation and shipment where suppliers allow it.
